Saggar firing takes place at a relatively low temperature, with no glazes. Colors are a result of chemicals and organics interacting with each other and the clay. I love experimenting with different materials, such as eggs (including shells), banana peels, coffee grounds, peanut butter, steel wool, and various salts and metallic oxides.
